Coaching – Trained through the Wellcoach Institute, Faith helps individuals and families establish health and wellness goals, identify and overcome obstacles, and achieve success.  Whether your goal is weight loss, physical fitness, better nutrition, reducing or eliminating medications, or all of the above, Faith will work with you to design a wellness program that not only helps you reach your goals, but fits your lifestyle.

Consulting – Individually and in collaboration with others, Faith offers a variety of health and wellness-related workshops and seminars including Detoxing Your Home, The Healthy Pantry, Healthy Entertaining, Healthy Body Image, and DeToxing Your Health and Beauty Products. Faith also provides Pantry Makeovers and Grocery Shopping Tutorials.

Yoga – Faith teaches a variety of yoga styles privately and at several yoga studios, athletic clubs and schools. She is especially interested in introducing teens and preteens to yoga.
