Coaches have long been recognized for helping athletes and executives perform at their best. Professional health and wellness coaches help people reach their optimal health and well-being by inspiring and challenging them to go beyond what they would do on their own.

Working with a coach provides the support and accountability people often need to make positive changes. Research has shown that working with a coach increases an individual’s likelihood of attaining and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes.

Well.Well.Well. supports individuals and families as they establish health & wellness objectives, design strategies and goals, identify and overcome obstacles, and improve their health and well-being. Whether your goals include weight loss, improved nutrition and physical fitness, better sleep, reducing or eliminating the need for medications, and/or stress reduction, Faith will work with you to design a unique, comprehensive wellness program that accomplishes your goals and fits your lifestyle.

Trained through the WellCoach Institute at the American College of Sports Medicine, Faith McGown helps people starting from all levels of health and fitness. With her help, Faith’s clients have lost weight, reduced stress, reduced or eliminated dependence on some medications, and improved fitness, sleep and nutrition.

Coaching Packages & Rates*

well.well.well. $750 ($250/month) — Your initial coaching package includes a comprehensive health & wellness assessment, a vision & strategy session, and weekly in-person check-ins as well as email and phone follow-ups. Depending on your unique needs, this package may include fitness classes, a pantry make-over, and/or a grocery shopping tutorial.

well.well.well.2 $100/month — For those still working toward health & wellness goals at the end of the initial 3-month package, this package continues your weekly in-person, e-mail and phone follow-ups until you have reached your goals and are ready to move into maintenance.

well.well.cleanse $150 — Practiced by people around the world for thousands of years, cleanses have many health benefits. Most of today’s popular cleanses focus on weight loss, drastically restrict calories, and are less than healthy. well.well.cleanse is a 15-day detox based on real, whole foods, and supports your body’s natural mechanisms for eliminating toxins and waste.

well.well.maintenance. $300/year — Once you’ve reached your health & wellness goals, monthly check-ins will help you further develop and adapt your strategies and tools to ensure that optimum health & wellness become a way of life.

well.well.tune-up. $150/month — For those who have achieved their wellness goals, but now find themselves facing new challenges or slipping into old patterns, this package will help you re-establish healthy strategies and habits through weekly in-person check-ins and e-mail/phone follow-ups.
